Role Overview :

As an RPA Developer at Miracle Software Systems, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to understand business requirements, develop automation workflows, and deploy and maintain RPA bots. Your work will directly contribute to reducing manual effort, improving accuracy, and accelerating business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere platforms to automate repetitive tasks.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents, solution design documents, and test plans, to ensure clear understanding and maintainability of automation solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of RPA solutions to meet business requirements.

- Monitor and maintain RPA bots to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues that arise, minimizing disruption to business operations.

- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of RPA solutions, delivering high-quality automation.

- Provide training and support to end-users on RPA solutions to enable them to effectively utilize and manage the automated processes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere platforms.

- Proven expertise in analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities.

- Strong understanding of workflow design principles and best practices for RPA development.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders and IT teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Adaptable to work in Vishakhapatnam/Vizag or Hyderabad locations.
