Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber RPA Developer with 6+ years of experience and a deep background in the Healthcare domain to join our automation center of excellence in Bangalore. In this role, you will act as a "Technical Automation Architect," designing and building end-to-end robotic solutions using UiPath.

You will be responsible for implementing complex Re Framework architectures, managing high-volume transaction processing via Dispatcher/Performer models, and ensuring all automations comply with strict healthcare data regulations.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong software engineering foundation in .NET or C# and has the professional gravitas to collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate clinical and administrative workflows into scalable digital workers.

Responsibilities :

- End-to-End RPA Orchestration : Lead the full RPA lifecycle - from initial process discovery and technical design to development, testing, and production deployment.

- UiPath Architecture Mastery : Design and build robust automation solutions leveraging UiPath ReFramework to ensure standardized error handling, logging, and state management.

- Transaction Processing Logic : Implement efficient Dispatcher/Performer models using Orchestrator Queues to manage large-scale data processing across multiple bots.

- Healthcare Workflow Integration : Automate domain-specific processes such as patient registration, claims processing, medical billing, or laboratory data management, ensuring 100% data accuracy.

- SDLC Documentation : Maintain rigorous technical documentation, including Software Design Documents (SDD), Detailed System Designs (DSD), and Operational Run Books.

- Collaborative Solutioning : Partner with Business Analysts to refine Process Definition Documents (PDD) and work with Solution Architects to ensure scalability and security compliance.

- Testing & Quality Assurance : Lead unit testing and provide technical support during User Acceptance Testing (UA T) to ensure bots meet all functional and clinical requirements.

- Production Governance : Oversee production rollouts and provide continuous monitoring via UiPath Orchestrator to identify and resolve exceptions in real-time.

- Custom Code Integration : Enhance standard RPA capabilities by writing custom scripts and libraries in C#, .NET, Java, or Python for complex logic processing.

- Continuous Optimization : Monitor bot performance and identify opportunities for code refactoring or process improvements to enhance automation ROI.

Technical Requirements :

- RPA Core Experience : 6+ years of dedicated experience in RPA development, specifically with the UiPath ecosystem.

- Domain Expertise : Mandatory hands-on experience in the Healthcare domain, understanding HIPAA compliance and clinical data sensitivity.

- Engineering Foundation : Strong programming proficiency in C# and .NET; familiarity with Java or Python is a significant plus.

- UiPath Certification : UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) or Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) is highly preferred.

- Tool Proficiency : Advanced expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, and Document Understanding.

Preferred Skills :

- Intelligent Automation : Experience with AI/ML integration within UiPath (AI Center) for unstructured data processing.

- HIPAA Compliance Knowledge : Deep understanding of data privacy standards required for healthcare automation.

- Process Discovery : Familiarity with Task Mining or Process Mining tools to identify high-value automation candidates.

Core Competencies :

- Architectural Rigor : Ability to build modular, reusable, and easily maintainable automation components.

- Analytical Problem-Solving : A methodical approach to troubleshooting "exception-heavy" healthcare workflows.

- Communication Excellence : Superior verbal and written skills for managing client-facing interactions and technical walkthroughs.

- Detail Orientation : Uncompromising focus on data integrity, especially when handling sensitive patient information (PHI).
