Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer / Lead to drive automation initiatives and lead a team of developers in delivering scalable automation solutions.

The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, particularly within mortgage or process-driven environments, through robust RPA implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of RPA Developers in both delivery and capability building

- Manage Scrum ceremonies and ensure predictable sprint execution

- Design and develop automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or API-based scripting

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define and prioritize automation pipelines

- Ensure adherence to best practices in design, development, testing, and deployment

- Act as a technical escalation point for complex automation and architecture decisions

- Conduct code reviews, solution validations, and enforce governance frameworks

- Manage release cycles, change control, and environment readiness

- Drive adoption of reusable components and scalable automation frameworks

- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience in Power Automate Desktop (minimum 2+ years)

- 5 to 7+ years of hands-on experience in RPA Development (UiPath / Power Automate / similar tools)

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Strong understanding of automation best practices, exception handling, and secure design

- Knowledge of APIs, workflows, SQL, and integration patterns

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- Proven team handling / leadership experience

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience in mortgage / BFSI domain

- Exposure to scalable RPA frameworks and governance models

- Familiarity with process optimization and automation strategy
