Job Title : RPA Developer

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360 and exposure to leading automation platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience designing robust automation solutions across enterprise applications, including SAP, and will be comfortable working with scripting languages, APIs, and AI-driven automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, UiPath, and Power Automate.

- Design and implement automations for SAP GUI, SAP ECC/S4, and other enterprise systems.

- Build automation logic using VB/VBA, Excel Macros, and Python for advanced scripting needs.

- Integrate automations using REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, and external systems.

- Work with OCR technologies such as ABBYY, Tesseract, or platform-native OCR tools for document processing.

- Contribute to Agentic AI and AI agent-based automation models.

- Participate in solution design sessions, technical documentation, and support architecture discussions.

- Support UAT, deployment, troubleshooting, and hypercare activities.

- Ensure compliance with automation quality, governance, security, and performance standards.

Required Skills :

- 2 to 5 years of hands-on RPA development experience.

- Expertise in Automation Anywhere A360, UiPath, and Power Automate.

- Strong SAP automation skills (SAP GUI, ECC, S/4).

- Proficiency in VB/VBA, Excel Macros, Python, and API-based integrations.

- Experience with OCR tools such as ABBYY, Tesseract, etc.

- Exposure to Agentic AI, AI-driven automation, or AI-assisted workflows.

- Strong understanding of the RPA development lifecycle and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications :

- RPA certifications (AA360, UiPath, Power Platform).

- Experience with SQL, cloud platforms, or document understanding frameworks.
