About the Role:

Position: RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere).

Experience: 4+ years.

Location: Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

Bot Development & Configuration:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy production-grade AA bots across attended and unattended models.

- Build modular, reusable bot components following AA best practices and internal coding standards.

- Develop integrations with enterprise applications including ERPs, CRMs, web portals, and REST APIs.

- Configure AA Control Room, credential vault, queue management, and bot scheduling.

Document Automation:

- Implement end-to-end document processing workflows using AA Document Automation (IQ Bot / Document Automation Studio).

- Configure classification and extraction models for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured document types.

- Tune extraction models iteratively to meet production-grade accuracy thresholds.

- Integrate document automation outputs into downstream bots and business workflows.

Autopilot & Agentic Automation:

- Design and deploy AA Autopilot solutions for cognitive task automation requiring human-like decision-making.

- Build agentic automation flows combining RPA triggers, AI model outputs, and exception handling logic.

- Configure multi-step agentic pipelines integrating LLMs, knowledge bases, and action executors.

- Test and validate agentic solution outputs for accuracy, stability, and compliance requirements.

Testing, Go-Live & Hypercare:

- Prepare and execute Unit Test Cases, SIT test packs, and UAT support documentation.

- Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution during testing cycles.

- Support production cutover, Control Room monitoring setup, and hypercare stabilisation.
