RPA Developer - Agentic AI Workflows

Job description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities

- Create and maintain process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD)

- Develop reusable components and follow best practices for UiPath development

- Handle exception handling, logging, and error management effectively

- Integrate UiPath solutions with other applications using APIs, databases, Excel, PDF, and web applications

- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization

- Support UAT, production deployment, and post-production issue resolution

- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and infrastructure teams

- Maintain version control and follow SDLC / Agile methodologies

- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and RPA standards

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 5- 6 years of overall IT experience in RPA / Automation

- Minimum 3 years of strong hands-on experience with UiPath

- Expertise in :

i. UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Bots

ii. REFramework

iii. Selectors, data scraping, screen scraping, and OCR

iv. Workflow optimization and debugging

- Experience with :

i. Web, desktop, Citrix, and SAP automation (preferred)

ii. Databases (SQL), Excel, PDF, and email automation

iii. Orchestrator queues, assets, schedules, and robots

Functional & Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to understand complex business processes quickly

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Use LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, UiPath GenAI, etc.) to enhance automation with natural language understanding and content generation

- Work with prompt engineering techniques to improve accuracy and reliability

- Integrate GenAI models with RPA workflows

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI concepts

- Exposure to AI agent frameworks or agentbased automation (UiPath Autopilot, Power Automate Copilot, LangChain agents, etc.)

- Monitor agent performance and finetune prompts, rules, and guardrails

- Integrate agentic workflows with RPA bots to create hybrid automation solutions
