Hiring - Senior Business Analyst (UiPath / RPA) | India

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in UiPath and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join a growing Digital Center of Excellence (COE). This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-wide automation initiatives, driving digital transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Process Analysis & Automation Strategy :

- Identify, analyze, and prioritize automation opportunities across business functions.

- Conduct process assessments and document current-state workflows, pain points, and improvement areas.

- Design future-state process maps and automation solutions leveraging UiPath capabilities.

Requirements Gathering & Solution Design :

- Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable and efficient automation solutions.

- Ensure business requirements align with RPA platform capabilities.

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management :

- Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and RPA development teams.

- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.

- Track project progress, manage risks, and support successful project delivery.

Governance & Continuous Improvement :

- Support RPA governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.

- Maintain process documentation, templates, and knowledge repositories.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize automation benefits.

Business Engagement :

- Partner with business teams to promote automation adoption.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions on RPA capabilities and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath and RPA implementations.

- Strong process mapping and process optimization experience.

- Expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related UiPath tools.

- Experience with workflow documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

- Experience in ROI analysis and automation benefit realization.

Preferred Qualifications :

- UiPath Business Analyst or UiPath RPA Developer Certification.

- Experience creating Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).

- Exposure to AI/ML integrations within automation programs.

- Understanding of change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
