Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced RPA Architect Lead to define, design, and govern enterprise-grade robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.

This role provides architectural leadership across automation programs, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable RPA implementations while mentoring teams and aligning automation initiatives with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end architecture of RPA solutions across the organization

- Define RPA standards, frameworks, best practices, and governance models

- Design scalable RPA architectures including bots, orchestrators, control rooms, and integrations

- Evaluate business processes for automation suitability and complexity

- Work closely with business stakeholders, CoE teams, and IT to deliver automation roadmaps

- Oversee solution design for attended, unattended, and hybrid bots

- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements

- Review and approve technical designs, workflows, and code standards

- Integrate RPA with APIs, databases, AI/ML, OCR, and workflow platforms

- Manage RPA infrastructure, environments, and performance optimization

- Mentor RPA developers and solution architects

- Support automation CoE maturity and scaling initiatives

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in RPA development and architecture

- Proven experience as an RPA Architect or Lead

- Strong hands-on expertise with one or more RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)

- Solid understanding of process modeling, BPMN, and automation frameworks

- Experience designing enterprise-scale automation programs

- Strong knowledge of security, access controls, credential vaults, and audit logging

- Experience working with Automation CoE models
