Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Robotics System Architect & Lead Pega RPA Engineer to drive technical solution design, governance, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade robotic automation solutions across our global platforms. In this role, you will act as the Technical Design Authority, evaluating solution options, presenting architectures to Review Boards, and guiding agile delivery teams across the full automation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary Technical Design Authority for enterprise robotic automations, defining solution architectures, design patterns, and application frameworks aligned with enterprise IT roadmaps.

- Design, build, test, and maintain robust unattended (RPA) and attended (RDA) automation bots using Pega Robot Studio, integrating seamlessly with mainframe terminal emulators, desktop applications, web interfaces, ERPs, and CRM systems.

- Develop customized .NET / C# components, custom interrogation adapters, match rules, and script extensions where out-of-the-box adapters require extension.

- Manage and streamline bot release cycles, package versioning, and environment rollouts using Pega Robot Manager, Package Server, and Synchronization Engine.

- Architect complex interrogation strategies, dynamic match rules, exception handling frameworks, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) components for resilient screen scraping.

- Monitor bot fleet health via Pega RPA Service, identify root causes of production architecture bottlenecks, and implement proof-based fixes to maximize runtime availability.

- Lead Architecture Review Board presentations, enforce development guardrails and configuration best practices, and actively mentor junior developers within an Agile (Scrum) delivery model.

Tech Stack:

- Pega RPA: Pega Robot Studio, Pega Robot Manager, Pega Robot Runtime

- Programming: .NET, C#, Python, JavaScript

- Integration: IBM Mainframe emulators, ERPs, CRMs, OCR pipelines

Qualifications:

- Mandatory Certification: Active Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (CRSA) certification.

- 6+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Pega RPA Implementation and 2+ years in .NET / C# Development.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering discipline.
