Robosoft Technologies - Senior Android Developer/Lead - Java/Kotlin

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Android Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, extensive with Java and Kotlin, and a deep knowledge of Android SDK. You will be responsible for designing and building mobile applications, working with web services, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Technical Proficiency :

- Utilize your solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and your extensive experience with Java and Kotlin to create efficient and maintainable code.

- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Android SDK to design and implement cutting-edge Android applications.

- Demonstrate expertise in designing, building, and optimizing mobile applications in a commercial setting.

- Proficiency in Android Studio, Studio Tools, Profilers, Gradle, GIT, and JIRA.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SDK changes, build tools, and libraries.

- Experience working with open-source and third-party libraries.

- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Source Control systems.

- Ability to create clear and precise designs.

- Strong understanding of design patterns, including MVVM, MVP, and MVC.

- In-depth knowledge of unit testing and UI testing.

- Experience in software design, estimation of development tasks, testing, QA processes, pair programming, troubleshooting, and code debugging.

- Understanding of server-side technologies such as REST, JSON, Java, XML, SQLite, and RoomDB.

- Experience or proficiency in working with maps and geo-location services would be considered a valuable advantage.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Participation in a minimum of 3-4 mobile application projects.
