Description :
- Act as the single point of accountability for scope, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership across architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Ensure programs align with enterprise architecture standards, security, and scalability
requirements.
Cross-Functional Program Management :
- Drive coordination across engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, data, security, and business teams.
- Manage complex inter-team dependencies and resolve delivery bottlenecks proactively.
- Facilitate program ceremonies including planning, design reviews, milestone tracking, and
executive updates.
- Partner with product and business leaders to translate requirements into executable technical roadmaps.
Salesforce & Dynamics 365 Delivery :
- Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform integrations)
- Guide integration strategies with enterprise systems such as ERP, data platforms, and third-
party applications.
- Ensure platform best practices, performance optimization, and upgrade readiness.
Execution, Risk & Dependency Management :
- Define and maintain program plans, milestones, and delivery metrics.
- Identify technical and delivery risks early; drive mitigation and escalation strategies.
- Manage change control, scope adjustments, and release planning without compromising
quality.
- Ensure on-time delivery while balancing speed, stability, and technical debt.
Governance, Quality & Compliance :
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
- Track quality metrics and ensure production-grade releases with minimal post-launch issues.
Stakeholder & Executive Communication :
- Provide clear, data-driven updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Translate technical complexity into business-friendly communication for non-technical
stakeholders.
- Influence decision-making through insights, trade-off analysis, and delivery
recommendations.
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs involving Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of CRM architectures, integrations, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
- Experience managing multi-team, multi-vendor delivery environments.
Preferred Skills & Experience :
- Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.
- Hands-on background in engineering, solution architecture, or platform development.
- Strong risk management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in enterprise digital transformation programs
