RMS Consultant - Oracle Retail Module

Job Description:

- At least 5 years of in-depth experience (Techno-functional) in Oracle-Retail applications (RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RPM, RIB, ALLOCATION etc).

- At least 3 years of AMS experience of (RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RPM, RIB, ALLOCATION etc).

- Hands on experience of resolving L2 and L3 tickets, independently.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.

- Knowledge of Batches, critical path, batch scheduler is required.

- Monitor batch processes, interfaces, and data flows to ensure smooth business operations.

- Support release deployments, smoke testing, and post-production validation.

- Identify process automation and operational efficiency opportunities.

- Drive reduction in recurring incidents through preventive actions.

- Flexible in working in shift.

Tech Stack:

- Unix script, PLSQL ProC, Oracle Forms / ADF.

- Jira, Git-hub, DevOps.
