Job Description

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday HRIS Administrator to lead the design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday platform.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and scalability of our global HR systems.

The ideal candidate will bring deep Workday expertise, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving digital HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- System Ownership & Strategy.

- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, and Security.

- Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to align Workday capabilities with organizational goals.

- Lead system governance, change control, and roadmap planning.

- Configuration & Optimization.

- Design and implement advanced configurations, business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and EIBs.

- Optimize system performance and user experience through continuous improvement initiatives.

- Manage Workday releases, regression testing, and adoption of new features.

- Data Integrity & Reporting.

- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security across all Workday modules.

- Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and Prism Analytics.

- Support audits and compliance reporting.

- Project Management & Collaboration.

- Lead or support cross-functional HRIS projects, including M&A integrations, global rollouts, and system enhancements.

- Mentor junior HRIS team members and provide tier-3 support for escalated issues.

- Collaborate with vendors and consultants as needed.

Required Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5-7+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead HRIS administrator roles.

- Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday modules (e.g , Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Security).

- Experience working in a global HR environment with complex organizational structures.

Technical Proficiency :

- Expertise in Workday business process configuration, calculated fields, EIBs, and security roles.

- Strong reporting skills using Workday Report Writer.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.

- Experience in automation and AI tools (both in the delivered Workday platform and other external applications).

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Workday Pro or Workday Certification in one or more modules.

- Experience with Workday Extend or Workday People Analytics.

- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.

- Experience supporting large-scale HR transformation initiatives.

- Familiarity with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and integration tools is a plus.
