Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.

- Monitor system and network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.

- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network and system issues.

- Manage and support Windows and Linux server environments.

- Implement network security best practices and maintain system integrity.

- Collaborate with internal teams to support network-related requirements.

- Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

- Ensure smooth functioning of network hardware and software components.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proficiency in network technologies, Windows Server, and Linux server environments.

- Hands-on experience with network hardware and software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to monitor system performance and address issues proactively.

- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent preferred.

- Educational background in ECE, IT, CSE, B.Sc. (Computers/IT) or related fields.
