Job Title : Salesforce Technical Lead

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep Salesforce platform expertise, excellent leadership qualities, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership :

- Drive the technical vision and architecture of Salesforce-based applications.

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform.

- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using best practices.

- Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

- Lead integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

2. Team Collaboration :

- Mentor and guide junior developers and admins.

- Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce coding standards and best practices.

- Work closely with functional leads, business analysts, and testers to deliver quality solutions.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

3. Project Delivery :

- Estimate technical effort and contribute to project planning.

- Identify technical risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.

- Support go-live activities, production deployments, and ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce platform development.

- Strong command over Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Triggers, and Flows.

- Experience with Salesforce configuration : Objects, Record Types, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Process Builder.

- Proven experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.

Preferred Certifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (must-have)

- Salesforce Platform Developer II

- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect

- Salesforce Service Cloud/Sales Cloud Consultant

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
