Role: Salesforce B2C Lead / Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce B2C Lead / Architect with 8-10 years of experience to design and implement scalable B2C solutions. The candidate will lead architecture and delivery across B2C platforms such as Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Experience Cloud, ensuring seamless customer experiences and high-performance digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive B2C solution architecture across Salesforce platforms.

- Design end-to-end customer experience journeys (acquisition, engagement, retention).

- Lead implementation of:

1. Marketing Cloud (campaigns, journeys, personalization)

2. Commerce Cloud (B2C storefront, checkout, integrations)

3. Experience Cloud (customer portals, communities)

- Architect integrations with external systems (payment gateways, ERP, third-party services).

- Define data models and customer data strategy (Customer 360 view).

- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of B2C solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, marketing, product, engineering).

- Establish best practices, governance, and reusable frameworks.

- Lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance.

- Support release planning, deployments, and production stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong experience across Salesforce B2C ecosystem:

1. Marketing Cloud

2. Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

3. Experience Cloud

- Expertise in:

1. Customer journey design

2. Personalization strategies

3. Omnichannel engagement

- Experience with:

1. API integrations (REST/SOAP)

2. Middleware tools (preferred: MuleSoft)

3. Data modeling and segmentation

- Strong understanding of B2C business processes (Retail / eCommerce / Digital).

- Knowledge of security, performance optimization, and scalability patterns.

- Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Architect track).

- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).

- Exposure to AI-driven personalization (Einstein).

- Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs.
