ME/M.Tech or equivalent qualification preferred.

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced ERP Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, C#, and ERP application development and customization.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting ERP solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and functional consultants.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to deliver scalable and high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain ERP applications based on business requirements.

- Develop and enhance ERP modules using the .NET Framework and C#.

- Build and maintain Windows-based applications supporting ERP functionalities.

- Design, develop, and optimize reports using SSRS and Crystal Reports.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop custom integrations between ERP systems and third-party applications.

- Participate in end-to-end ERP implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP applications and databases.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

- Prepare technical design documents, development specifications, and deployment documentation.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and SDLC best practices.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support system integration testing.

- Optimize application performance and improve system reliability and scalability.

- Support ERP upgrades, migrations, and customization activities.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and consultants.

- Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution demonstrations.

- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong experience in ERP technical consulting and enterprise application development.

- Extensive hands-on experience with the Microsoft .NET Framework.

- Strong programming expertise in C#.

- Experience developing Windows Applications.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database programming concepts.

- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

- Experience in developing reports using Crystal Reports.

- Working knowledge of ERP systems and ERP customization.

- Experience in integrating ERP applications with external systems and APIs.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

- Knowledge of application architecture and enterprise solution design.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

- Experience in performance optimization and application maintenance.

- Ability to prepare technical documentation and design specifications.

- Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes.

- Strong understanding of client-server architecture and enterprise applications.
