- Ability to interpret common RF parameters and their significance

- Understanding of basic RF terminology and expected value ranges

- Knowledge of the functional role of key blocks in an RF signal chain

Key RF Concepts :

- Receiver Sensitivity

- EVM / ENO (Error-related metrics)

- SFDR (Spurious-Free Dynamic Range)

- Noise Floor

- Phase Noise

- Noise Figure

- SINR

- dBm

- Spurs

- Constellation Diagrams

Software & Test Automation Skills :

- The candidate is expected to actively work within existing RF test frameworks.

Programming & Tools :

- Strong C / C++/ Python fundamentals

- Comfortable working with existing test infrastructure

Responsibilities :

- Understand and modify existing RF test scripts

- Execute test cases as per defined procedures

- Collect and organize test logs

- Perform first-level log analysis and triaging

- Identify obvious issues vs. expected behavior

- Clearly document findings

- Communicate results and observations to the RF expert / escalation teams

- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills

- Clear verbal and written communication
