Job Summary :

The Power BI Expert will design and develop high-impact dashboards and presentations using Power BI, transforming complex datasets into strategic board-level data cuts. Reporting to the Founder's Office, you will enable management to make data-driven calls on business growth, risk assessment, portfolio performance, and market trends in the EV financing sector.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for board meetings, focusing on KPIs like ROI, NPV, ROIC, loan portfolio health, customer acquisition costs, and EV market penetration.

- Extract, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, Excel, SQL databases) to create executive summaries and scenario-based visualizations.

- Collaborate with finance, HR, and business teams to translate strategic requirements into visual data stories that support high-stakes decisions.

- Optimize data models using DAX, Power Query, and relationships for performance and scalability.

- Prepare ad-hoc data cuts and presentations for management reviews, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.

- Automate reporting pipelines and implement data governance best practices.

-Stay updated on Power BI features, AI visuals, and industry trends in fintech/NBFC analytics.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. in any discipline) or related field.

- 1- 5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, with proven expertise in creating board-level reports.

- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and integration with sources like SQL Server, Azure, or Excel.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial metrics (e.g., CAPM, portfolio analytics) preferred.

- Engineering background essential for logical problem-solving and technical aptitude.

- Excellent communication skills to present complex data simply to non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with NBFC/EV sector data challenges is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications : Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) or equivalent.

- Exposure to Python/R for advanced analytics or Tableau as a secondary tool.

- Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Zoho for project tracking.
