About the Role :

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Professionals with expertise in ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CMDB modules to support the design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration, along with a strong understanding of IT service management and IT operations processes.

Key Requirements :

- 4- 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.

- Experience working with ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB.

- Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.

- Experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CMDB modules based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, catalog items, integrations, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.

- Manage and optimize CMDB data quality, governance, and service mapping to support operational excellence.

- Support ITOM initiatives including Discovery, Event Management, and infrastructure visibility across enterprise environments.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, ITIL best practices, and organizational governance policies.

Preferred Skills :

- ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or System Administration.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.

- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project execution.

- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
