Reveille Technologies - Senior Technical Business Analyst

Experience : 5+ years.

Location : Pune.

Shift : IND (IST) 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM.

Notice period : immediate joiner.

Must have :

- Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, Project Costing

- Expertise in FDS, PDDs, data mapping & technical documentation

- Experience in the UK Higher Education sector

Highly desirable :

- Oracle / SAP / Dynamics exposure in university environments

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.

- Translate business needs into clear BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.

- Act as a liaison between business users, SAP functional teams, and technical teams.

- Support implementation, enhancement, and integration of SAP ERP and other SAP products.

- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using SAP and SaaS solutions.

- Collaborate with SaaS vendors and internal teams for requirement clarification and solution delivery.

- Participate in system design discussions, UAT planning, and execution.

- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance, and best practices.

- Support change management, training, and post-implementation activities.

- Provide ongoing support and documentation for implemented solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- 510 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technical or enterprise environments.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP and SAP products (3+ years).

- Experience working with SaaS-based applications (2+ years).

- Good understanding of system integrations, data flows, and enterprise architectures.

- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.

- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, or HCM.

- Exposure to cloud platforms and integration tools.

- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools.

- Relevant certifications (CBAP, SAP certifications).
