About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced EIS (Exigen Insurance Suite) Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale insurance solutions built on Exigen Insurance Suite (EIS) Version 20. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in insurance platform architecture, solution design, system integration, and enterprise application development, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Requirements :

- 12+ years of overall IT experience.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Exigen Insurance Suite (EIS).

- 9+ years of experience in Platform Architecture and Enterprise Solution Architecture.

- Strong understanding of the Insurance domain (Policy, Billing, Claims, and Customer Management processes).

- Experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design end-to-end insurance solutions using Exigen Insurance Suite (EIS) Version 20, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.

- Lead platform architecture initiatives, defining scalable, secure, and high-performing solution frameworks across insurance systems.

- Drive integration design and implementation between EIS and enterprise applications, third-party systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.

- Provide technical leadership to development teams by establishing architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Review solution designs, perform architecture assessments, and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory standards.

- Mentor technical teams and support project delivery by resolving complex architectural challenges and guiding strategic technology decisions.

Preferred Skills :

- Expertise in EIS Version 20 architecture and implementation.

- Strong knowledge of insurance industry processes and digital transformation initiatives.

- Experience with API-driven architectures, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.

- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive architecture discussions effectively.
