We are seeking a Team Lead to drive the development of core APIs and worker/background services. The role combines hands-on backend development, team leadership, project planning, and client coordination.
Experience : 4+ Years in relevant field
Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead design and development of scalable APIs and worker services
- Manage and mentor a backend engineering team
- Provide effort estimation, sprint planning, and project timelines
- Review code and ensure best practices and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders on requirements and delivery
- Coordination with UI team (Angular / React team)
Required Skills :
- Strong backend development experience (.NET, Core API and basics)
- Strong experience on MS Sqlserver
- Experience with REST APIs, async processing, and background jobs
- Team handling and technical leadership experience
- Strong estimation, planning, and communication skills
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Good knowledge on Microservices and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) experience
- CI/CD and DevOps exposure
