Role Overview :

We are seeking a Research Development Software Engineer (Technology Research & Innovation Expert) to explore emerging technologies, evaluate new tools and frameworks, and drive innovation across our software products and platforms. This role involves prototyping new solutions, improving existing architectures, conducting technical research, and guiding engineering teams on modern development practices including AI, cloud, scalability, and automation. You will work closely with product teams, architects, and developers to transform research ideas into practical, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technology Research : Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Generative AI, Cloud Computing, Microservices, and DevOps automation.

- Prototyping & POCs : Design and develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and experimental prototypes for new technical ideas and product enhancements.

- Integration : Work alongside engineering teams to integrate innovative research solutions into existing software products and platforms.

- Optimization : Research and implement best practices for software scalability, performance optimization, and distributed systems.

- AI & Automation : Drive initiatives focused on AI integration, intelligent systems, and automation within enterprise applications.

- Documentation : Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, architecture proposals, and detailed research reports.

- Mentorship : Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams regarding modern architectures and industry-standard best practices.

- Trend Monitoring : Continuously monitor industry trends and evaluate open-source technologies or third-party tools for potential adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Architecture : Strong experience in software architecture, system design, and distributed systems.

- Backend Development : Hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and API development.

- Databases : Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and NoSQL databases.

- AI/Innovation : Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation is highly preferred.

- Cloud & DevOps : Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Problem Solving : Exceptional analytical thinking, research capability, and the ability to build experimental solutions from scratch.

- Communication : Excellent communication skills to translate complex research into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Education :

- Any Graduate (Technical background in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred).
