Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, workflows, and user needs.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and product owners to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.

- Assist in creating wireframes, user stories, process diagrams, and system workflows.

- Conduct basic data analysis using SQL or spreadsheet tools to support decision-making.

- Support in UAT by preparing test cases and helping stakeholders validate new features.

- Help identify and document existing pain points in systems or processes and suggest improvements.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g, stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

- Maintain and update project documentation, change logs, and requirement traceability matrices.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.

- 0-1 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role (internships included).

- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart/Draw.io.

- Exposure to wireframing or prototyping tools (e.g, Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD).

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of APIs, JSON/XML, and system integration concepts.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Hands-on experience with SQL queries and basic data manipulation.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g, AWS, Azure) or web technologies (e.g, HTML, JavaScript).

- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

- Exposure to scripting or programming (e.g, Python, R) for data analysis or automation.

- Knowledge of testing and bug-tracking processes
