We are seeking an experienced Senior & Lead DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and Terraform to drive our cloud platform strategy, modernize our infrastructure, and lead a team of DevOps engineers. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical skills with leadership capabilities to shape best practices, optimize system reliability, and accelerate development workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Azure.

- Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters (AKS), ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

- Own infrastructure-as-code development using Terraform, including module creation, environment provisioning, and CI/CD automation.

- Mentor and guide DevOps engineers; promote a culture of automation, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate closely with software engineering, architecture, security, and product teams to support delivery pipelines and production readiness.

- Define and enforce DevOps best practices, including GitOps, environment standardization, observability, and operational excellence.

- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.

- Drive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, ELK/EFK, or similar.

- Conduct performance tuning, cost optimization, and capacity planning across cloud workloads.

- Ensure security and compliance across cloud and containerized environments, including secrets management and network hardening.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 - 12 + years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.

- Strong, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, identity, storage).

- Deep experience with Kubernetes (AKS) including deployments, operators, Helm charts, and cluster operations.

- Proficiency in Terraform (v1+), including development of reusable modules and production-grade infra-as-code.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and GitOps workflows, Helm Charts.

- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).

- Expertise with cloud networking : VNETs, load balancers, firewalls, routing, service mesh, etc.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.

- Familiarity with security best practices : RBAC, IAM, Key Vault, secrets management, DevSecOps practices.

- Excellent communication.
