Role : SAP OTC Competency Lead/Senior - SAP ECC & S/4HANA

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP OTC/SD practice and delivery across SAP ECC and S/4HANA programs.

- Manage SAP ECC and S/4HANA AMS engagements, including governance, service delivery, and escalation management.

- Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including Sales, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and cross-functional integrations.

- Provide hands-on support in solution design, issue resolution, and critical project delivery activities.

- Establish and grow the SAP OTC competency, including capability development and team leadership.

- Define and implement methodologies, accelerators, templates, tools, and delivery standards.

- Mentor, coach, and develop OTC consultants and project teams.

- Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, proposal development, and client presentations.

- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal leadership stakeholders.

- Manage offshore-onshore delivery coordination and governance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 10+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on OTC/SD processes.

- AI-first mindset with the ability to leverage AI-driven solutions for practice development and delivery excellence.

- Proven experience in :

1. SAP ECC Implementations

2. SAP S/4HANA Implementations

3. SAP ECC AMS Support

4. SAP S/4HANA AMS Support

- Strong expertise in SAP SD/OTC processes and integrations with FICO, MM, PP, WM/EWM, and Supply Chain functions.

- Solid understanding of AMS delivery and support frameworks.

- Experience managing global SAP delivery teams and customer engagements.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.

- Demonstrated experience in competency development, organizational growth, and team mentoring.

- Ability to balance strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on delivery involvement.

- Experience supporting SAP transformation initiatives and pre-sales engagements.

- SAP S/4HANA, Project Management, or Industry certifications will be an added advantage.
