About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner/Senior Technical Product Manager to help define and execute the roadmap of Hawk AI, our enterprise-grade AI platform that leverages Generative AI, ML, observability intelligence, and automation.

As the Product Owner, you will work closely with engineering, AI/ML teams, design, and business stakeholders to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and ensure timely, high?quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Vision :

- Support the product vision and roadmap for Hawk AI and related AI/ML initiatives.

- Identify user pain points and market opportunities across GenAI, observability, automation, and enterprise intelligence.

- Represent the voice of the customer in every product decision.

Execution & Delivery :

- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization based on business value.

- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

- Work closely with engineering, data science, and design to deliver product increments.

- Ensure sprint goals are met and contribute to Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, reviews).

- Validate deliverables and ensure they meet user needs and quality standards.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with DevOps, Data Engineers, SREs, and business teams to gather insights and feedback.

- Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges with leadership and cross?functional teams.

- Partner with go?to?market and customer success teams to support product adoption.

Analytics & Innovation :

- Define and track KPIs related to adoption, engagement, and product performance.

- Stay up-to-date with GenAI trends, LLM applications, AI infrastructure, and enterprise automation.

- Contribute to the broader AI ecosystem strategy at Juno Labs, including copilots, observability AI, and automation intelligence.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (Master's preferred).

- 8-10 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, preferably in AI/ML, GenAI, or cloud-based products.

- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-driven systems.

- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes/Docker.

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, data science, and business teams.

- Passion for building user-centric AI products that solve real-world enterprise problems.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or RAG architectures.

- Knowledge of LLM tuning, evaluation, or GenAI frameworks.

- Exposure to observability, AIOps, data engineering, or analytics platforms.

- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
