Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Requirement Engineer with a strong understanding of Credit Card Platforms and Payment Processing workflows. The ideal candidate should have experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements while working closely with both business stakeholders and development teams. A good understanding of Java, Spring, and React-based applications is required to effectively collaborate with technical teams and translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements related to Credit Card Platforms and Payment Processing.

- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.

- Collaborate with development teams working on Java, Spring, and React technologies.

- Analyze existing systems, workflows, integrations, and business processes.

- Create and maintain requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

- Participate in requirement discussions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

- Work closely with technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional queries during development.

- Support the development, testing, UAT, and implementation phases.

- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing processes.

- Ensure requirements are clearly documented, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.

- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure test scenarios and acceptance criteria meet the defined requirements.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in Requirement Engineering, Business Analysis, or a similar role.

- Strong experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.

- Hands-on experience or strong domain knowledge of Credit Card Platforms.

- Good understanding of Payment Processing and related workflows.

- Strong understanding of applications developed using :

1. Java

2. Spring / Spring Boot

3. React

- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts with development teams.

- Experience creating :

1. Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

2. Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)

3. User Stories

4. Use Cases

5. Process Flow Diagrams

6. Acceptance Criteria

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with banking, financial services, fintech, or payment platforms.

- Understanding of credit card lifecycle processes such as card issuance, authorization, transaction processing, settlement, billing, and payments.

- Experience with API-based integrations and distributed application architectures.

- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

- Basic understanding of SDLC and software testing processes.

Note :

- Candidates with experience in Credit Card Platforms, Payment Processing, Requirement Analysis, and Technical Requirement Documentation will be highly preferred.
