We are seeking a SAP IBP Consultant specializing in Demand & Supply Planning with 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting IBP. The role will lead solution design, integration, and continuous improvement of Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (Time-Series & Order-Based), and orchestrate business S&OP collaboration across regions/functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Configuration :

- Lead requirements workshops; translate business planning scenarios into IBP design.

- Configure Planning Areas, Attributes, Planning Levels, Key Figures, and Time Profiles.

- Build and optimize Excel Planning Views, Simulation/Scenario planning, and What-If analyses.

- Set up Demand Planning: forecast models (e.g., exponential smoothing, MLR), lifecycle, phase-in/out, promotions, and forecast automation.

- Set up Supply Planning :

1. Time-Series Supply : heuristics, supply/demand balance, pegging strategies.

2. Order-Based Planning (OBP) : constraints, sourcing, lead-times, capacity/coverage, and prioritization.

- Configure alerts, exception-based planning, and KPI dashboards (Plan accuracy, Bias, Service Level, OTIF, Capacity Utilization).

Integration & Data Management :

- Partner with integration teams to enable data flows via SAP CPI-DS / CI-DS / OData.

- Integrate with ECC/S/4HANA for master & transactional data (materials, locations, BOMs, resources, purchase/sales orders).

- Own data quality governance: data validations, consistency checks, master data harmonization, and performance tuning.

Process Enablement & Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Map end-to-end Demand - Supply - S&OP cycles (weekly/monthly).

- Design planning calendars, consensus processes, and executive S&OP outputs.

- Drive change management; develop SOPs, training materials, and conduct end-user enablement.

Testing, Cutover & Support :

- Lead FIT/GAP, configuration, SIT/UAT, and cutover planning.

- Manage hypercare and transition to steady-state support with measurable SLAs.

- Continuously improve planning quality via analytics and process enhancements.
