Role Overview :
The Digital PMO is responsible for driving value-driven execution and governance across the organizations digital transformation portfolio. The role ensures on-time, on-budget, and on-value delivery of digital initiatives across functions such as Supply Chain, Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Finance, and Enterprise Transformation.
The role acts as a central coordination and governance function, ensuring strong program management discipline, financial oversight, benefits realization, and executive visibility across transformation programs while enabling Agile delivery practices.
Digital Transformation Portfolio Management :
- Drive planning, prioritization, and tracking of the enterprise digital transformation portfolio.
- Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with business strategy, value realization, and transformation objectives.
- Monitor portfolio performance across timelines, budgets, risks, and benefits realization.
PMO Governance & Program Execution :
- Establish and enforce PMO governance frameworks, standards, and reporting structures for digital programs.
- Conduct regular program reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive updates.
- Ensure adherence to project lifecycle processes and transformation governance models.
Agile Delivery Enablement :
- Support Agile delivery frameworks across transformation programs including Sprint planning, backlog tracking, and release
governance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams to enable efficient execution of digital initiatives.
Financial & Benefits Management :
- Track program budgets, cost utilization, and financial forecasts across transformation initiatives.
- Monitor and report ROI, value realization, and business impact metrics of digital investments.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management :
- Drive RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) across programs.
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and ensure proactive escalation and resolution.
Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management :
- Develop executive dashboards, portfolio health reports, and transformation progress updates for leadership teams.
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and transformation leads to ensure alignment and visibility.
Continuous Improvement :
- Improve PMO tools, templates, and delivery frameworks.
- Promote data-driven decision making and continuous improvement in digital program execution.
Experience :
- Experience managing enterprise transformation or digital programs across multiple business functions.
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models.
Education : MBA from Tier 1 colleges only.
