Role Summary :

We are looking for a sharp, driven Business Analyst to join our Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM) practice. You will sit at the intersection of trading operations, technology, and AI partnering with front-office, risk, and IT teams to deliver impactful system enhancements, streamline trading workflows, and embed intelligent automation into our CTRM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and translate business requirements across trading, risk, and back-office operations

- Work on CTRM platforms including Endur, RightAngle, Aspect, CXL, or CSL

- Author functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; support UAT and go-live

- Manage application support, incident resolution, and release cycles

- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and cloud databases

- Track requirements and defects in JIRA; operate within Agile/Scrum delivery

- Collaborate with dev and QA teams across the full SDLC

- Identify and scope AI/ML use cases: anomaly detection, PnL forecasting, risk signal analysis

- Translate AI model outputs into actionable business requirements and system integrations

- Partner with data science and engineering teams to deploy AI features on Azure ML / AWS SageMaker

- Build and validate LLM based prompt workflows for report generation, compliance checks, and trade

commentary automation

- Create Power BI/Tableau dashboards surfacing AI-driven insights for risk and trading teams

- Champion responsible AI adoption - define guardrails, manage model explainability, and handle data governance

Must-Have Skills :

- 5 years of experience in CTRM / ETRM domain

- Hands-on experience with at least one of: Endur, RightAngle, Aspect, CXL, or CSL

- Strong understanding of trading lifecycle, PnL, risk, and hedging concepts

- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms

- Good knowledge of SQL and relational / cloud databases

- Experience in application management and production support

- Familiarity with JIRA and Agile / Scrum methodologies

- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and cloud-based AI services

Good to Have :

- API and system integration experience

- Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD pipelines

- Power BI or Tableau reporting skills

- Experience with LLM tooling - LangChain, Azure OpenAI, or Copilot Studio
