Role Summary :

The Salesforce Developer delivers production-grade development for Revshare & Member Admin Phase 2, working under the Technical Lead and Solution Architect within an Agile, governed release model. Ramp is expected following knowledge transfer and design validation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build Salesforce customizations using Apex, LWC, Flows, triggers, and platform APIs.

- Develop integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP and event-driven patterns.

- Translate solution designs and stories into high-quality configuration and code.

- Write reliable unit tests, support code reviews, and maintain deployment readiness.

- Troubleshoot issues across data, automation, integration, performance, and security.

- Follow release discipline and separation-of-duties for outbound packages.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development.

- Strong Apex including asynchronous / batch and governor-limit-aware design.

- Strong LWC experience.

- Flows, validation rules, object model, and declarative automation.

- Strong SOQL / SOSL and Salesforce data-model understanding.

- REST / SOAP integration experience.

- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation experience.

- Git-based source control and deployment experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Salesforce Data Cloud exposure.

- MuleSoft / middleware exposure.

- Platform Events / event-driven architecture.

- CI/CD tooling experience.

- Healthcare or regulated-industry experience.

Preferred Certifications :

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II preferred.
