Redian Software - Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle of software development or technology implementation projects.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and other teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.

- Create and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct regular stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

- Monitor project progress and report status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and technical specifications.

- Coordinate with clients (if applicable) to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Identify areas for process improvement, propose solutions, and implement best practices to enhance team productivity.

- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 7 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a software development or IT services environment.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies.

- Experience working closely with software engineers, QA teams, and DevOps.

- Solid understanding of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, Asana).

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource planning.

- Ability to translate technical discussions into business terms and vice versa.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or DevOps environments.

- Familiarity with API integrations, microservices, or enterprise software projects.

- Experience in client-facing roles or within a product-based organization
