Redian Software - Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.

- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines and track progress using appropriate tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, design, business, and operations.

- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies as needed.

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives when working in Agile teams.

- Provide regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders and leadership.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.

- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, action items, meeting notes, and status reports.

- Support continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and recommending process optimizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 57 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, software, or related domains.

- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus.

- Experience in managing software development, digital transformation, or IT infrastructure projects.

- Experience with budgeting, contract/vendor management, or client-facing roles
