We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with deep expertise in mobile application design and a passion for crafting AI-powered user experiences. As a senior member of our design team, you'll own end-to-end design processes for core features in our mobile apps, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to turn cutting-edge technology into delightful, human-centered experiences.

What Youll Do :

- Lead the design of new and existing features for our iOS and Android applications, from discovery through execution.

- Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive and accessible mobile interfaces.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and AI/ML to shape product direction and ensure cohesive experiences.

- Create user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specs.

- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and validate AI-powered interactions.

- Work closely with mobile developers to implement designs with precision and quality.

- Evolve and contribute to our design systems with mobile-specific components and AI interaction patterns.

- Stay ahead of trends in mobile UX/UI, AI in product design, and platform guidelines (iOS & Android).

What Were Looking For :

- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong emphasis on native mobile apps.

- A compelling portfolio demonstrating mobile-first product design, including AI-enhanced features (e.g. personalization, automation, conversational UI, or predictive UX).

- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (e.g. ProtoPie, Principle, Framer).

- Strong understanding of human-centered design, accessibility, and mobile interaction patterns.

- Experience designing AI-integrated features (e.g. recommendations, NLP-driven interfaces, generative UX) and balancing user control with AI automation.

- Ability to break down complex problems and drive iterative, agile design processes.

- Excellent communication and storytelling skillsyou can explain design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

- Bonus : Familiarity with designing for AI ethics, transparency, and trust.

Nice-to-Haves :

- Experience working closely with AI/ML teams or exposure to AI concepts like LLMs, computer vision, or recommender systems.

- Experience with user research and usability testing of AI features.

- Background in motion design, micro-interactions, or mobile animation principles.
