Role Overview :
The Senior Technical Manager Customer Engineering owns the planning, prioritization, and delivery of all customer-specific technical work (RICEW) across RecVue customers.
This role ensures technical quality, consistency, and alignment with the RecVue platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the single owner for all RICEW demand across customers.
- Work with CS and customers to clarify scope, priorities, and expectations.
- Partner with Engineering on estimation, planning, and delivery.
- Ensure solutions adhere to platform standards and architectural principles.
- Track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Identify recurring patterns to influence product roadmap and platform improvements.
Required Experience & Skills :
- 10 to 15+ years of experience in technical delivery or engineering management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, and data flows.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across customers.
- Strong technical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months) :
- Predictable and transparent RICEW delivery.
- Reduced rework and customer dissatisfaction.
- Improved alignment between Customer Engineering and Product.
