RecVue - Senior Solution Architect - Enterprise Systems

Description :

We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect to bridge the gap between our product capabilities and customer business needs. This role will work closely with our implementation team and live customers to design and deliver scalable integration solutions with enterprise systems like Oracle, NetSuite, and other critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement & Solution Design :

- Partner with customers to understand their business requirements, technical landscape, and integration needs

- Design end-to-end solution architectures that align RecVue's billing platform with customer systems (Oracle ERP, NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.)

- Create technical integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.

- Present and defend architectural decisions to customer technical teams and stakeholders.

Integration Architecture :

- Design scalable, event-driven integration patterns using Kafka, REST APIs, and batch processes

- Architect bi-directional data flows between RecVue and customer systems (AR, GL, CRM, ordering systems)

- Define integration best practices for CDC (Change Data Capture), API orchestration, and data synchronisation

- Ensure solutions support high-volume enterprise data processing requirements

Implementation Support :

- Guide implementation teams through complex technical challenges during customer deployments

- Provide hands-on technical leadership during critical integration development phases

- Conduct solution validation, performance testing, and troubleshooting for production deployments

- Create reusable integration frameworks and templates to accelerate future implementations

Technical Leadership :

- Collaborate with Product Engineering to identify platform enhancements needed for customer success

- Document technical patterns, integration guides, and architectural standards

- Mentor implementation engineers on integration best practices

- Stay current with enterprise integration technologies and industry trends

Required Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting roles

- Deep expertise with Oracle products (EBS, Cloud ERP, Database, Integration Cloud)

- Strong experience with NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, saved searches)

- Proven track record designing enterprise system integrations at scale

- Proficiency with integration patterns : REST/SOAP APIs, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), ETL/CDC

- Experience with modern tech stack : Java/Spring Boot, microservices, eventdriven architectures

- Strong SQL and data modelling skills

Domain Knowledge :

- Understanding of financial systems (Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Revenue Recognition)

- Familiarity with billing, subscription management, or revenue operations

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

- Strong problem-solving abilities and architectural thinking

- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and product capabilities

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Knowledge of data integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica)

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with DataDog, Splunk, or other monitoring/observability tools

- Background in usage-based billing, subscription billing, or partner compensation systems

What Success Looks Like :

- First 90 days : Understand the RecVue platform capabilities, complete 2-3 customer solution designs

- 6 months : Lead 5+ successful customer integrations, establish integration best practices

- 1 year : Become the go-to expert for complex integrations, reduce implementation time by 20%+ through reusable frameworks
