Job Title : Senior Real-Time Collaboration Engineer (Infrastructure) (1 spot).

Reports to : Director of Network Engineering and Unified Communications.

Job Type : Contract (1 Year Remote then Onsite in Pune ).

Summary :


Responsible for the implementation, deployment, maintenance, and support of real-time collaboration applications including MS Teams Telephony, MS Teams Meetings, WebEx Meetings, Zoom Meetings and other audio/video technologies.


Major Responsibilities :


- Design, implement, manages, monitors, supports and troubleshoot Mizuhos MS Teams deployment including meetings and telephony.


- MS Teams Room and Board.


- WebEx Room and Boards.


- NEAT Videoconferencing hardware.


- Phones.


- 3rd Party Video Conferencing units.


- Soft Clients o Web Clients.


- Integration with 3rd party real-time collaboration applications such as Cisco UCM, WebEx and Zoom.


- Manages vendor relationships and creates purchase orders for new equipment and services.


- Liaise with business partner telecom operations on new and existing connectivity.


- Strives to ensure that all systems achieve 100% uptime during and outside of business hours.


- Creates and maintains written documentation and diagrams for supported systems.


- Experience with telecom wiring, punch-down tools and general data center plant, including the installation of equipment in racks and cabling.


- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.


- Provides support off-hours and remotely (i.e. from home) when needed.


- Create and maintain written documentation and diagrams for all products and networks .


- Manage projects, including project definition, project plan development, resource allocation, and debriefing.


- Serve as the final escalation point for Service Desk for real-time collaboration-related issues.


Required Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Technical or engineering, or computer science or equivalent experience.


- 10+ years of experience supporting web collaboration, telephony, audio, and video in a mission-critical environment.


- Experience with SIP audio/video integration with other 3rd Party SIP applications.


- Experience in MS Teams Telephony and Meeting, WebEx Meetings and Zoom meetings.


- Experience with P2P and multi-point video conferencing.


- Experience with industry standard real-time collaboration protocols SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, H.264, H.265, WebRTC, E.164+.


- Understanding of real-time application concepts such as PBX'es, dial plans, VoIP, QoS.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting real-time market data and trading.


- Certification and/or training with vendor-neutral or vendor-specific focus.


- Basic understanding of operating system administration (Windows and Linux).


- Basic scripting and automation.


- The ability to solve problems via standard and non-standard methods.


- Organized and methodical testing skills.


- Excellent written and oral communication skills.


- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
