Role Overview :

EY is seeking an experienced React Native Manager to lead mobile application development initiatives. This role requires a strong technical leader who can manage teams, drive architecture decisions, and deliver scalable, high-performance cross-platform mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the React Native development team

- Architect, design, and deliver scalable mobile applications

- Drive technical strategy and ensure alignment with business goals

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams

- Ensure best practices in code quality, DevOps, testing, and security

- Conduct code reviews and mentor senior & junior developers

- Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong expertise in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript

- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party libraries

- Deep understanding of mobile app architecture and performance optimization

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Candidate Profile :

- 8-12 years of overall experience in mobile development

- Proven experience in team leadership/people management

- Strong architectural and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working in enterprise-level environments preferred
