Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Developer to join our growing engineering team in Gurgaon/Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user interfaces for our core FinTech products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, performant, and user-friendly applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain reusable React components and front-end libraries for use across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

- Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces based on design specifications, enhancing user experience and engagement.

- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and other backend services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a collaborative and high-quality development environment.

- Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools, enhancing team productivity and efficiency.

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and refine product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in developing complex user interfaces using React.js.

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, including ES6+ features.

- Proven ability to integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and other backend services.

- Solid understanding of front-end development best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
