Job Title : Data Analyst (Power BI & SQL)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Data Analyst who can take full ownership of data, transform it into meaningful insights, and build impactful dashboards. The ideal candidate should be confident in working with minimal supervision and have a strong eye for detail and design.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL

- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and visual stories

- Independently identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

- Optimize and enhance existing dashboards for performance and usability

- Work closely with business teams to understand reporting needs

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports

- Document processes, data flows, and dashboard logic

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Data Modeling, Visualization)

- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Joins, CTEs, Window Functions, Query Optimization)

- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end dashboard development

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Educational Qualification (Mandatory) :

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) Mandatory

- Preferred specializations: Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields

- Candidates from non-engineering backgrounds will not be considered

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in handling large datasets and performance tuning

- Knowledge of Advanced Excel or any other BI tools is a plus

- Exposure to business domains like Finance, Sales, or Operations

- Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts
