Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, and custom CRM development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in developing, integrating, and managing scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE / Model-Driven Apps based on business requirements.

- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Dataverse.

- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and business process automation.

- Build custom plugins using C# and .NET.

- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript.

- Design and integrate REST APIs with Dynamics 365 and external applications.

- Manage Power Platform solutions, including configuration, deployment, and version control.

- Troubleshoot CRM issues and optimize existing solutions.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

- Follow best practices for CRM development, security, performance, and maintainability.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE / Model-Driven Apps.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.

- Experience with Power Automate.

- Strong development experience in C# and Plugin Development.

- Proficiency in JavaScript.

- Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations.

- Knowledge of Power Platform and Solution Management.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
