Role : Rasa Chatbot Developer

Our NLP team is looking for a Rasa Chatbot Developer who will be working mainly on Sofi our conversational AI-driven HR chatbot. This position is fully remote based in India.

Responsibilities :

- Design, build, maintain chatbot backend workflows

- Implement chatbot and external API integrations

- Validate and test chatbot workflows to ensure they meet design specifications.

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on solution delivery and the user experience

- Ensure solution is reliable and scalable

- Debug chatbot production issues in a timely manner

- Ensures high engineering standards for system design, code quality, and communication

- Works in an environment with continuous integration, along with logging and monitoring a production environment

Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science

- Minimum 2+ years of chatbot development in RASA platform.

- Conversational AI, Client, and Deep Learning experience.

- Proficient in Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Linux shell commands

- Experience integrating chatbot wil with platforms like Twilio, Telegram, WhatsApp

- Experience building chatbots using LLMs is a plus.

- Experience in building APIs/webhooks using FastApi

- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computer architectures.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins and Gitlab

- Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision with strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.

- Quick-learner and drive to learn and master new technologies.

- Research-oriented with a commonsense approach to solving business problems.

- Strong sense of ownership and be able to effectively navigate in delivering solutions.
