RapinnoTech Solutions - AI Architect

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary AI Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML system design, cloud architecture, and data engineering. This is a remote role aligned with Arabian Standard Time (GMT+3).

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for AI initiatives.

- Evaluate and select the appropriate ML frameworks and cloud services.

- Build robust data pipelines, integrating data from various sources including data lakes and warehouses.

- Ensure scalability through microservices and distributed systems.

- Maintain compliance with data privacy, security standards, and model governance practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture vision and roadmaps.

- Mentor and guide development teams and junior engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms : AWS, GCP, or Azure (especially AI/ML services).

- Strong background in data engineering, including ETL, data lakes, and warehousing.

- Proficiency in scalable architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.

- Understanding of security, compliance, and model risk management.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver complex projects on time.
