About the Role :

As an Engineering Manager AI Engineering, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of 10+ engineers in the delivery and scaling of production AI systems. Specifically, your focus will be to :

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI applications and platform capabilities, moving from initial experimentation to robust production deployment.

- Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering technical excellence and professional development for senior and staff-level engineers.

- Translate ambiguous business requirements into structured technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment between product goals and engineering execution.

- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Security Research, and Platform teams to identify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases.

- Operational Discipline : Expertise in the ML lifecycle, including evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and cost optimisation.

- Adaptability : Comfort operating in dynamic, high-growth environments where requirements and priorities shift iteratively.

- Domain Expertise : Familiarity with cybersecurity or similar high-signal, analytical data domains.

- Strategic Vision : Capacity to balance immediate delivery needs with long-term technical debt and scalability.

- Effective Communication : Ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
