About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Ramp tool Developer to support large-scale migration and transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle B2C Service (RightNow), Oracle CX applications, and data migration projects.

Experience with the Ramp Migration Tool is highly preferred.

This role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to execute migration activities, ensure data integrity, and facilitate seamless transitions across Oracle CX and Oracle Fusion environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and configure solutions within Oracle B2C Service (RightNow) and Oracle CX applications.

- Support end-to-end migration activities, including planning, execution, validation, and post-migration support.

- Perform data mapping, transformation, and migration between Oracle platforms.

- Develop and manage integrations using APIs and related technologies.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot migration-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance of migrated data and configurations.

- Prepare technical documentation and migration-related artifacts.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with Oracle B2C Service (RightNow).

- Strong development and configuration expertise within Oracle CX applications.

- Experience working on data migration, integration, or transformation projects involving Oracle Fusion or Oracle CX platforms.

- Strong understanding of :

1. APIs and web services

2. Data mapping and transformation

3. Migration methodologies and best practices

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with the Ramp Migration Tool.

- Prior involvement in Oracle Fusion or Oracle CX migration projects.

- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Experience working on enterprise-scale migration and digital transformation programs.
