Job Title : Bilingual Project Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for a Bilingual Project Manager proficient in Japanese to manage end-to-end project delivery and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in web application project management, product lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and KPI tracking, along with the ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the complete product lifecycle, from requirement gathering and planning to development and delivery.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for the development team.

- Define, monitor, and track KPIs for products and services to measure performance and delivery outcomes.

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize product and customer requirements based on business needs.

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with Engineering and Development teams.

- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and quality expectations.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

- Facilitate communication between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and internal development teams.

- Identify project risks, resolve issues, and ensure effective problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage team responsibilities and support people management activities.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Japanese language proficiency with JLPT N2 certification (mandatory).

- Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience.

- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management or Product Management.

- Experience managing web application development projects.

- Strong understanding of KPI definition, monitoring, and performance management.

- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination.

- People management experience.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to understand diverse business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

- Ability to manage tight deadlines, work under pressure, and exercise sound judgment.

Good to Have :

- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Agile or Scrum Master certification.

- PMP certification.

- Experience working with Japanese clients or stakeholders.
