We are seeking a seasoned developer with 5 to 12 years of experience in PL/SQL and C# to join our Risk and Regulatory IT team within the Capital Markets domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust financial systems that support regulatory compliance and risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable PL/SQL procedures and packages for data processing and reporting.

- Develop and maintain C# applications that integrate with financial systems and databases.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across systems.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in PL/SQL development including stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.

- Proficiency in C# and .NET framework for backend and integration development.

- Solid understanding of Capital Markets, especially in Risk and Regulatory IT areas.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, MiFID II, or Dodd-Frank.

- Experience with data visualization or reporting tools.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
