As a Data Engineer at Qure.ai, you will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining our data analytics infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights, working closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to develop robust data pipelines and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and enhance BI tools like Metabase for secure and effective reporting.

- Build and maintain dashboards and data models to provide business teams with real-time insights.

- Work with Mixpanel or similar tools to analyze user behavior and generate actionable insights.

- Ensure data quality, security, and governance across all analytics systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI-focused roles.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with Metabase, Mixpanel, or similar BI tools.

- Proficiency in Python and experience with ETL frameworks.

- Understanding of data modeling and business intelligence best practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate data insights effectively.
